Expressive arts therapy allows children the opportunity to engage with regulation skills, develop social skills, explore problem solving skills, and deepen a sense of self all through imaginative play and creative self expression. With full sensory-engagement throughout our four sessions, the art modalities of movement, music, and visual art will be explored (a different visual art medium used in each session). Each week we will provide a summary of our sessions and skills to engage with at home.
