If you are a current client and would like to reach a Family Care Coordinator, you can email appointments@memphisfamilycc.org and a team member will get to you as soon as possible. Due to the high volume of need, please allow several business days for a response.
At this time, we are able to bill certain therapeutic services to some insurance panels. For services not covered by insurance, we offer high quality care at an affordable cash pay rate. After you start the intake process, The Care Team will help you get the payment process set.
Some of our services have a waitlist and some have openings. The waitlists for each service, counselor and therapist eb and flow. The best way to get an appointment in a shorter wait time is to be flexible with the time of day and who you are willing to see. We ask for your patience with our waitlists. Please know we are hard at work and do our best to meet the ever growing demand for our specialized care. If you would like to partner with us as we continue to increase our staff and services we would value and appreciate your support.
The foundation of our philosophy of care is built on connection, so in-person appointments are the first choice for the majority of our services. We do however, offer telehealth appointments on an as needed basis.
As a multidisciplinary care center, we offer a variety of accessible and affordable services. The first intake appointment with parents and caregivers is $75. Some of our counseling and therapeutic services are covered by certain insurance panels as well as a cash payment option. If you are a cash-paying client, you may expect to pay $130 per appointment. Upon completion of the intake process, our care team works with you to make sure you find a path towards healing that meets your needs.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you do not cancel before the 24 hour mark or no show for the appointment, you will be charged the full session rate for the late cancelation/no show. If multiple late cancellations occur in a short period of time, future appointments will be canceled.
If you are running a little late, please call our office and let us know. We will do our best to get you in. Please understand that your session may be shortened to honor other waiting clients. If you opt to miss the whole session that will be considered a missed appointment and you may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
When your appointment is scheduled, you will receive access to the client portal of our electronic medical records system. All consent forms will be accessible in via the portal. Please complete them prior to your first appointment.
